A large part of our business is in the residential housing sector. We create new structures or remodel existing structures as extensively as needed: from complete removal of exising interiors with structural modifications to simple flooring installs, and everything in between! We do basements, bathrooms, kitchens, patios/decks, carports, garages, retaining walls, landscaping, sheds, and all the minor projects a house requires during its lifetime (roof, siding, windows/doors, paint, etc.) We specialize in major remodels and floor plan changes.

Some of our clients include large commercial entities who request building and landscape modifications. Projects include various Northern Health buildings (including areas within the University Hospital of Northern BC), the exterior coatings of numerous commercial buildings, new office addition in BCR site, and various projects for Aboriginal Housing -- to name a few.
